Question 1

Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ) for Swag Kits?

Accepted Answer

Yes, for most custom kits, a minimum order quantity (MOQ) applies (typically starting from 50 units) due to the cost of producing custom boxes and packaging. However, for simpler standard kits, we may offer lower quantities. Please check with our sales team.

Question 2

Can I choose the items inside the Startup or Employee Kit?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Our kits are fully customisable. While we offer pre-set recommendations (e.g., Notebook + Pen + Bottle), you are free to swap items, such as adding a Tech Kit component like a USB drive or removing an item to fit your budget.

Question 3

What goes into an Eco Kit?

Accepted Answer

Our Eco Kits focus on sustainability. Common items include bamboo notebooks, wheat straw pens, recycled tote bags, and cork-based accessories. We also use eco-friendly packaging to minimise plastic waste.

Question 4

How long does it take to produce custom Swag Kits

Accepted Answer

Production usually takes 7–14 working days, depending on the complexity of the box branding and the number of items inside. If you have a strict event deadline, please let us know early so we can plan accordingly.

Question 5

Can you ship the kits to different locations?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can handle bulk delivery to your headquarters or, for an additional fee, manage individual shipments to remote employees' addresses across the UAE.

Question 6

Do you provide the box design service?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you don't have a designer, our team can help layout your logo and graphics for the box sleeve or lid print to ensure it looks professional and aligns with your brand guidelines.
