Question 1

What is the typical turnaround time for promotional prints?

Accepted Answer

Simple items like flyers and stickers are usually ready in 2–3 working days. Complex items like folders or booklets (requiring binding or die-cutting) typically take 4–6 working days.

Question 2

Do you offer bulk discounts for marketing campaigns?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Promotional printing is most cost-effective in bulk. We offer significant price breaks for high-volume orders (e.g., 1,000+ flyers) using our offset printing technology.

Question 3

Can you ensure my logo colour matches across different items?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Brand consistency is our priority. We recommend providing Pantone codes if you have strict colour requirements, ensuring your envelopes match your letterheads perfectly.

Question 4

Do you design brochures and flyers?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you have the text and images, our design team can create a professional layout for you. We always share a digital proof for approval before production begins.

Question 5

What paper stocks do you recommend?

Accepted Answer

For flyers, we usually recommend 150gsm–170gsm glossy art paper. For folders, we recommend a sturdy 350gsm art matt with lamination to hold documents securely.

Question 6

Can you produce custom shapes like die-cut danglers?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We can create custom dies to cut your danglers, stickers, or door hangers into unique shapes that match your creative vision.
