Custom Die Creation: We manufacture a special die (a custom steel cutting tool) based on your specific design. This allows us to cut the card into any shape you desire, from simple circle shaped business cards to complex geometric logos.
Premium Materials: We don't compromise on quality. All shaped cards are printed on sturdy 350gsm cardstock.
Lamination Options: To protect the unique edges and enhance the look, you can choose between smooth Matte lamination (for an elegant feel) or vibrant Gloss lamination (for high-impact color).
Production & Quantity Recommendations
Because this process involves making a custom physical die, there is a setup cost involved. Therefore, for the best value, we highly suggest ordering in quantities of 250, 500, or 1000 cards. This amortizes the cost of the die across more units, giving you a better price per card.
