Who is Ziina?
Ziina is one of the UAE's fastestgrowing fintech platforms, simplifying payments for businesses and individuals across the region. Founded in 2020 and licensed by the Central Bank of the UAE, Ziina has built an allinone payment ecosystem from peertopeer transfers and payment links, to QR code payments, Tap to Pay, and a full payment gateway for SMEs.
Serving thousands of merchants across the UAE, Ziina is on a mission to bring financial freedom to every person and business in the Middle East.
THE ASK
Equipping every merchant, at scale
As Ziina scaled its merchant network, they identified a clear opportunity equipping every merchant with two tools that would remove friction from the payment experience: a branded QR stand and an NFC card.
A deliberate initiative to invest in their merchants' success. The better equipped their merchants, the faster Ziina could grow. But executing this at scale required the right partner. Not a supplier an extension of their own team. Design. Production. Quality check. Delivery. End to end.

In the early days, the process was entirely manual. Merchant details shared over spreadsheets. Production and delivery status updated by hand. No realtime visibility into where an order was, whether a design was correct, or when a merchant would receive their products.
